How come I am not getting any response after I made my payment?
If you use paypal, please make sure that you send the money to the right e-mail address.
If you use online credit card payment , the credit card system provider should send you an email acknowledgement.
If you use bank to bank wiring, please make sure that you include the order number in message to recipient ( That is us ).
If you use cash deposit, you should e-mail to us after you deposit the cash.
What will happen if the items I ordered are out of stock?
We will notify you by e-mail and will send you the items as soon as they are available. If the items will not be available for a long time, you can also choose to store these credits for future use or replace your order with another item equal or less than the price of the original item. Refunds are only available for clients using
paypal.
Do you accept phone orders?
No, we only accept online orders through this site.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have received an email with your order number, you can track it here.
It has been a long time and I still havent received my items, what can I do?
First of all, please check the status of your order first. Sometimes, your order will be on hold for various reasons.
If the goods are already shipped, we will give you a tracking number for tracking your goods via worldwide express. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
If you order by airmail/ground mail, you can ask us to contact the postal service or do it by yourself using the REG / Parcel number assigned to your parcel.
However, if your items were seized by the local customs in countries where the airsoft items involved are legal or your items were lost during shipment, you can contact us for further arrangement.
Will there be any handling fees?
There will be no handling fees in any ordering.
A 10% handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order .
A 15% handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order which included any upgrades or
modilifications.
What are your policies on VAT and taxes?
Taxes, import duties and VATs are NOT included in our price. We shall not be held responsible for any taxes, import duties and VATs. Customers will need to pay them.
