What is your policy on warranties?
We offer a seven-day-warranty for all products, effective from the day the items are received. However, there will be no exchange or refunds in all sales unless it is found to be damaged by courier or due to factory defects.
We will NOT refund if the damage is caused by one or more of the followings:
Inappropriate use of items.
Disassembly and modification of the products.
We reserve the right to decide whether you are eligible for refunds.

What can I do if the products I received are damaged?
First, you need to contact our support team by e-mail to inform us of the situation. Dont return the items to us without our consent. We will then deicde the appropriate action to be taken. Upon receiving your returned goods, we will test them to see whether if they are really out of order.
If there are any real problems, we will decide an appropriate action, including but not limited to the following:
Repair the items and return it back to you.
Ship you a new set of items.
We will give you back the shipping cost incurred in the form of store credits for future purchasing.
