What are the methods of shipping available and how long would it take?

For accessories, you can choose to ship via one of the following methods:

Surface Mail ( Ground Mail ) 1-2months

For airsoft guns, only Worldwide Express is available, please contact us if it is not possible ship to your country via this method.

Our technical staff will ensure that all items shipped are in working conditions before shipping.

Will you ship products to me if airsoft guns are illegal in my country?

We can still ship the items to you, but we will not guarantee delivery and we shall not be held responsible for any customs seizures/confiscation. No refunds will be available in this case.

Will there be any handling fees?

There will be no handling fees in any ordering.
A 10% handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order .
A 15% handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order which included an upgrade or modilification.

Why part of my guns was painted orange with its trademarks removed?

In some countries, like the USA, it is required by customs regulations that the tip of the barrel of airsoft guns be painted with a bright color. Also, all non-licensed trademarks have to be removed from all airsoft guns for copyright reasons. We will apply the above changes for you at no cost. However, if you insist that we do not, we will not guarantee delivery and we will not give any refunds if the items were confiscated.
